Summary: From Stuck in the Weeds to Ideal Exit in 4 Months!

 

Chattanooga Vacation Rentals (CVR) ran the business for five years with the Visionary, Thor, being boots on the ground every day. The business thrived and grew to the point of disorganization. CVR then adopted EOS® (in 2019) and self-ran the Level 10 Meeting (L10) every week. It became a little more organized, but they were still lacking. CVR needed to shift gears and bring in someone to help them focus on the next thing that would move them furthest forward.

Enter Lisa McCurdy!  CVR hired her as their Fractional Integrator.  It was exactly what they needed to become more organized, be held accountable, and stay laser-focused.  As a result, the business leaped forward. In a surprise twist, we decided to sell the business.

The Thoresons credit a big part of the sale of their business and the amount of the sale to Lisa McCurdy’s organizational skills that got the business to where it was ready to sell (even though selling was not their original goal).

Summary: The impact of implementing Profit First in a company experiencing zero profit

 

Back Office Betties was in a profit slump and needed to find a solution to turn things around. Emily LaRush was introduced to “Profit First” through EO, the Entrepreneur Organization. Fractional Integrator, Lisa McCurdy, oversaw the implementation of “Profit First” within the business. After implementing “Profit First” in Q2 of 2022 they began to see a profit at the beginning of Q4 2022. Back Office Betties then closed the year at 5% profit. To date, they have lowered labor costs, reduced their receptionist budget by 6%, and as of 2023 had the most profitable Q1 in the company's history.

Summary: The Impact of Rolling Out EOS® to Improve Business Structure and Performance

 

Leslie Pierson, President & Visionary of Hot Taco Inc., creators of the surprising strategic card game Taco vs Burrito, was a solo entrepreneur who was struggling with managing their business.
