• Mentor your COO / Integrator or act as your COO & Integrator for the long or short term

• Leadership, Management, & Accountability (LMA) coaching and mentoring

• Maintain accountability for the Vision (V/TO), Goals (Rocks), and business operating system (EOS®) Integration

• Lead your Leadership meetings weekly (L10s, Same Pages, Quarterly planning sessions & Annual Planning sessions - if no formal Implementer)

• Help design, optimize, and integrate your Organization (Accountability) Chart

• Ensure your KPI Scorecard or dashboard is in place and effective with key Measurables

• Orchestrate the effective integration of your HR and People processes, including hiring and Quarterly Review Conversations

• Train and go deeper into growth tools and execute all team training
