Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—and yes, I style them fabulously (even if I’m usually rocking a messy bun and yoga pants). As a Fractional Integrator and COO, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses in industries ranging from manufacturing and e-commerce to non-profits and B-Corps. But what truly lights me up is working with Visionaries—those big-picture thinkers who dream boldly and passionately.

My superpower is speaking fluent “Visionary.” I take those high-level ideas and turn them into actionable, results-driven realities. I’ve been running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) since 2018, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for me and the businesses I’ve worked with. As someone who holds a master’s degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Conflict Management, I’ve developed a knack for bridging gaps, resolving tensions, and helping teams work together seamlessly. I’m also a Working Genius Certified Consultant, a Certified Trainual Consultant. I'm also a Virtual Facilitator and I’ve completed the EOS Integrator Masterclass. Long story short? I’m passionate about helping teams not just function but thrive.

I combine innovative thinking with sharp organizational skills and a healthy dose of positivity. Whether it’s coaching a leadership team, creating and documenting processes, or designing KPIs that actually make sense, my approach is all about turning chaos into clarity.

And yes, I might also be indulging my love of makeup, though most days I’m all about comfort and practicality.
